My own healing journey is what led me to this work. Through grief, pregnancy loss, motherhood, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from myself, I came to understand how much our past experiences and childhood wounds can shape the way we move through life.

As I began to heal through meditation, energy work, journaling, inner child healing and emotional release, I discovered that healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about coming home to who you have always been.

Now I'm on a mission to support other women in doing the same.

I am qualified in Reiki, bio-energy healing, and EFT Tapping. I also incorporate inner child healing, meditation, emotional support, and nervous system regulation into my work.

My sessions are gentle, intuitive, and tailored to each woman’s unique experience and needs.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

My work is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the woman you truly are beneath the overwhelm, fear, grief, or self-doubt.
